These terms apply to orders placed with Snapgrab Technologies Private Limited ("we", "us"), CIN U82300PN2023PTC222788, GSTIN 27ABLCS3839C1Z6, registered office at Flat No. 3, Suvarnarekha Shree, Sinhagad Road, Near Navshya Maruti Mandir, Sadashiv Peth, Pune, Maharashtra 411030, India. Snapgrab 3D is our 3D printing division.

Products and prices

• Products are 3D printed. Small differences in colour, layer lines and finish are normal and are not defects.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST. Shipping is ₹79 flat anywhere in India, free on orders above ₹499, shown at checkout before you pay.
• Keychains contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 years.

Orders and payment

• Payment is online through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets). We do not offer cash on delivery.
• An order is confirmed once payment is received; we send you an order confirmation. The GST tax invoice is issued when your order is packed and sent with it.
• If an item you paid for turns out to be unavailable, we refund it in full.
• For personalised name clickers, you are responsible for the spelling you enter. Please check it before paying.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card details, bank details or UPI PIN.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
