Shipping Policy

• Where we ship: anywhere in India that our courier partners deliver to. Checkout tells you if your PIN code can be delivered to.
• Payment: prepaid orders only. We do not offer cash on delivery.
• Dispatch: we pack and dispatch within 1–2 working days of payment, including personalised name clickers.
• Delivery time: usually 2–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.
• Shipping charges: ₹79 flat anywhere in India, free on orders above ₹499. The charge includes GST and is shown at checkout before you pay.
• Tracking: we email you the tracking link when your order ships. The courier may also send updates by SMS or WhatsApp.

Orders are shipped from Pune, Maharashtra through Shiprocket and its courier partners.

If a parcel comes back to us undelivered (for example, a wrong address or nobody to receive it), we will contact you to arrange re-delivery or a refund. For damaged or wrong parcels, see our Returns & Refunds Policy.
