This policy explains how Snapgrab Technologies Private Limited uses the personal information you give us when you order.

What we collect

• When you order: your name, mobile number, email, delivery address and what you bought.
• Payments: Razorpay tells us the amount, time, method and payment reference so we can match the payment to your order. We never see your card details, bank details or UPI PIN.

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking.

How we use it

• To process, pack, ship and track your order, send you the order confirmation and GST tax invoice, handle returns and refunds, and keep our accounts.
• We do not send marketing messages unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

• Razorpay, to process your payment, under its own privacy policy.
• Our shipping partners (through Shiprocket and its courier companies): your name, phone number and delivery address, only to deliver your parcel.
• Government authorities, only when the law requires it.

We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept as long as Indian tax and company law requires. Other contact details are deleted on request, unless we must keep them by law.
